Introducing Wheelhouse Lite, Plus, & Pro!
For the past 12+ months, we’ve been focused on solving the most challenging problems facing you and the short-term rentals industry, and building user-validated, data-driven tools that provide the most personalized and best-performing pricing software in the industry.
We held off on launching our paid version, so that we could first focus on products that drive even more success for you. These include:
- “Wheelhouse Pricing Setup”, which allows you to customize your pricing strategy by aligning your revenue goals and unique listing attributes with our Pricing Engine
- “Advanced Price Settings” to give you more control over minimum stays, long-term discounts, and more.
- “Dashboard 2.0”, so you can manage more listings at once, and easily see the right info at the right time.
We are therefore really excited to announce the launch of 3 new tiers: Wheelhouse Lite, Wheelhouse Plus, and Wheelhouse Pro. Let’s take a closer look at each tier, and what it means for you.
Wheelhouse Lite
Wheelhouse Lite is our version that will be forever free. Lite is best for someone who doesn’t want to automate their prices just yet, but wants to see some Wheelhouse Pricing recommendations every once in a while to make sure they’re in the right ballpark.
With this version you can:
- Connect multiple channels (e.g. Airbnb, HomeAway, TripAdvisor, etc.)
- Preview Wheelhouse Pricing recommendations
- View data-driven revenue forecasts
- See insights into listing performance
This is recommended for the host or owner that just rents out their single property every once in a while, and dip their toes into the world of data-driven pricing without any commitments.
Wheelhouse Plus
If you signed up with us in 2016, Wheelhouse Plus is the new, premium version that we’ve been hinting at for the past few months.
This will be a pay as you go option and will cost only 1% of bookings that used Wheelhouse Pricing. For example, if we helped you get a 3-night booking where each night was priced at $150, $150, and $200, respectively, then we would charge you $5. It’s that simple.
Wheelhouse Plus is perfect for any host or owner that wants to automate their listing’s pricing, has already tried other ineffective pricing “solutions” (to no avail), or just simply wants to earn 10–40% more revenue.
Wheelhouse Plus includes everything in Lite, as well as:
- Automated, demand-driven pricing to help you earn more while doing less
- Personalized pricing strategies that align your revenue goals and unique listing attributes with our data-rich Pricing Engine
- 12 month pricing outlook

Wheelhouse Pro
“Pro” is the enterprise version of Wheelhouse. It has all the same great core functionality as “Plus”, while being geared at vacation rental professionals who manage 10+ properties.
The price per booking will be less than 1% and the free trial will be longer than the one in “Plus”. That translates to even more revenue, control, and personalization than ever before!
